We introduced online ordering early in our history making us one of the first stores to do so providing better retail and we empowered the general manager to run all aspects of the business while the owner is absent. Our early success was due to the implementation of our ‘Just In Time’ approach allowing customers access to the largest range of products from leading brands and plants in the region.
